REISTERSTOWN, MD — A man has been charged with murder after police said he shot and killed a man in Reisterstown Saturday night. A woman was also injured in the shooting, police said.

William Reckline, 21, of the 300 block of Juneberry Way in Glen Burnie, faces charges of first-degree murder, using a firearm in a felony and first-degree assault.

Around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, officials said they were called to the unit block of Westminster Pike for a reported shooting and found a man and woman who had been shot.

Andrew Bowers, 32, was later pronounced deceased at an area hospital, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. The condition of the woman was not immediately available.

Detectives said Reckline shot Bowers and the woman after a domestic dispute earlier Saturday night between Bowers and his girlfriend.

Reckline is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center after a bail review hearing Monday, court records show.
