OWINGS MILLS, MD — A new luxury hotel in Owings Mills is the only one in Baltimore County to receive a Four Diamond award from the American Automobile Association (AAA). It is also among 10 Maryland hotels to earn the designation.

These are the other Maryland hotels that have earned Four Diamond designations, according to AAA:

  • Four Seasons Hotel, Baltimore
  • Royal Sonesta Harbor Court, Baltimore
  • Sagamore Pendry, Baltimore
  • The Ivy Hotel, Baltimore
  • Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, Cambridge
  • The Hotel at the University of Maryland, College Park

"Food, drinks and entertainment flowed throughout the second floor event space of the hotel, into the ballroom and out onto the terrace overlooking Metro Centre," organizers said in a statement.

The hotel, which first opened in December, includes 229 guest rooms and suites; a full-service Starbucks; a 24-hour fitness center; common spaces; and The Tillery, an upscale full-service restaurant and bar.
