75-Year-Old Killed In Owings Mills Hit-and-Run: Police Seek Information

OWINGS MILLS - Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash in Owings Mills late Wednesday night.

According to police, Reginald Haysbert, 75, was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Painters Mill Road and Owings Choice Court at around 11:05 p.m. on September 6. Medics transported Haysbert to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to detectives from the Baltimore County Crash Team, the vehicle involved in the incident is suspected to be a dark-colored or black Honda Accord from 2013-2015. The vehicle was traveling southbound on Painters Mill Road at the time of the crash.

Authorities reported that the driver fled the scene immediately after the collision.
