OWINGS MILLS - Baltimore County Councilman Julian Jones has revealed plans for a new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market in Owings Mills.
The new store is slated to launch next year on Liberty Road in Milford Mill. Grocery Outlet also plans to open another store on Reisterstown Road near Gwynnbrook Avenue, taking over the space previously occupied by Shoppers.
