OWINGS MILLS - Dave's Hot Chicken, a popular Californian chicken eatery backed by celebrity investors such as Drake and Samuel L. Jackson, is set to open this weekend in Owings Mills.

The grand opening is scheduled for Friday, July 28, in Owings Mills at the St. Thomas shopping center on Reisterstown Road.

According to their website, Dave's Hot Chicken serves exceptionally tender and succulent chicken seasoned with Dave's proprietary mix of spices with heat levels ranging from No Spice to 'The Reaper.'

The restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
