Randsallstown Man Charged In Relation To Grandparents Deaths

RANDALLSTOWN - Kennard Goins, 24, of Randallstown, has been detained by Baltimore County investigators in relation to the death of his great-grandmother and grandfather, according to police.

Police said that officers responded to the 3500 block of Cabot Road for a welfare inspection on Sunday. They discovered the bodies of an 86-year-old woman and a 73-year-old man on the premises.

The county medical examiner later declared both individuals deceased.

Goins faces two charges of first-degree murder and is currently in custody at the Baltimore County Detention Center without the possibility of bond.
