BALTIMORE COUNTY — Classes were suspended at a Baltimore County educational institution on Monday due to a break-in that took place over the weekend.
Northwest Academy of Health Sciences on Old Court Road received police attention around 6:30 Monday morning.
Officers arrived at the scene initially following a complaint of defacement. Upon investigation, it was discovered that an intruder had been inside the premises.
The police recorded some property damage, but no additional details were provided.
Baltimore County Public Schools validated the school closure through social media platforms, but refrained from elaborating on the nature of the vandalism.
