OWINGS MILLS - Instead of a drive-through bank, Mill Station may be getting a new First Watch restaurant.

Michael Gessell, an engineer representing Mill Station, went before the Baltimore County Development Review Committee on Tuesday to request a change to the approved plan for the shopping center, WMAR reports.

He told the committee that Kimco Realty is seeking to put First Watch in the vacant lot between Five Below and AMC movie theater. According to WMAR, the space was initially slated to become a drive-through bank.

First Watch is a breakfast and brunch restaurant with a rotating menu that features seasonal produce. In April, you may see green California-grown asparagus on the menu, switching to refreshing Florida watermelon in July or tender, sweet yellow corn from the midwest in August.

The restaurant also offers a diverse selection of coffee and alcoholic beverage options.

First Watch is already prepping to open its fifth location in the Baltimore area in Towson.
