Owings Mills Couple Wins Free Mortgage For A Year

OWINGS MILLS - Many of us dream of not paying rent or a mortgage. For one Owings Mills couple, that dream became reality.

First-time home buyers Patrick and Lenore are the winners of Next Step Realty’s 2023 Mortgage on the House Sweepstakes.

“I’m really excited. It feels like we are in a great place now.” Lenore said in front of her new home.

The couple received a check that covers their entire mortgage for the year.

Lenore said she is excited to live in an area that is more pedestrian friendly.

“I like to walk a lot; where we lived in Westminster, people were kind of glued to their cars.”

Last year’s winner was a teacher in Baltimore County.
