REISTERSTOWN - Hasan M. “Jay” Jalisi, an outgoing Baltimore County Delegate, is facing charges of fraud, unjust enrichment, and breach of contract for a real estate deal, Baltimore Brew reports.
Jalisi spent the last eight years representing the Randallstown-Reisterstown 10th District. The longtime politician was slapped with a complaint by a Bethesda title company last Friday.
The suit alleges that Jalisi “negligently or intentionally” issued the incorrect account number for a deed of trust.
According to Baltimore Brew, The suit revolves around an upscale house in Reisterstown that was sold by a limited liability company controlled by Jalisi last October for $860,000.
The lawsuit, filed by Towson attorney Michael T. Wyatt, charges:
“Defendant LLC (through Jalisi, its managing member) materially breached the quoted terms by misrepresenting the payoff amount to Sage. . . and committed mortgage fraud as defined and contemplated by the Maryland Code.”

I hope that the plan include walk paths, open spaces with seating to view nature and consequences for people littering, loitering and killing the wildlife.
I can’t believe these are our ‘leaders’. Drugs deals on every corner and in every parking lot. Johnny Clueless so concerned about low income earners, when they live better than the middle class. Garbage bags littered everywhere by mostly the people Johnny ‘entitled’ to county houses.
My concern about some of the logic being used here is that the problem isn't the plastic bags.
Let's talk about the people who are doing the littering. Full garbage bags placed on the streets and sideways. Garbage being thrown from cars and trucks. Pedestrians walking and eating..than throwing garbage on the ground. Dog walkers not picking up after their dogs. Etc..
