OWINGS MILLS - Mill Station will soon be home to another popular Baltimore City restaurant.
Papi Cuisine, an Afro-Latin fusion restaurant, will open in the former Don Pablo's building on Red Run Boulevard (Restaurants at Mill Station).
Papi Cuisine is known for its "elevated casual" dining experience. Their menu features a variety of modern twists on seafood classics such as crab cake fries and honey-glazed stuffed salmon.
The restaurant opened its first location in 2020 and quickly amassed a following in the Federal Hill community, with 122,000 followers on Instagram.
The restaurant's website says they see a bright future for the brand.
"We are now proudly one of the most sought-after restaurants in Maryland. We look forward to expanding Papi Cuisine and being able to serve more guests across the country and one day globally."
Mama’s on the Half Shell, another Baltimore City staple, announced it will be opening a new location at Foundry Row in Owings Mills earlier this year.
Papis has yet to announce an official opening date, but a sign on the former Don Pablo's building says the restaurant is "coming soon."
I hope that the plan include walk paths, open spaces with seating to view nature and consequences for people littering, loitering and killing the wildlife.
I can’t believe these are our ‘leaders’. Drugs deals on every corner and in every parking lot. Johnny Clueless so concerned about low income earners, when they live better than the middle class. Garbage bags littered everywhere by mostly the people Johnny ‘entitled’ to county houses.
My concern about some of the logic being used here is that the problem isn't the plastic bags.
Let's talk about the people who are doing the littering. Full garbage bags placed on the streets and sideways. Garbage being thrown from cars and trucks. Pedestrians walking and eating..than throwing garbage on the ground. Dog walkers not picking up after their dogs. Etc..
