Man Arrested At Owings Mills Hotel In Connection To 2020 Murder

OWINGS MILLS - According to police, investigators arrested a Baltimore man at an Owings Mills hotel in connection to a 2020 murder.

Investigators said 34-year-old Terrance Carter was found and arrested On Wednesday, November 16, at a hotel on the 4700 block of Owings Mills Boulevard.

Carter was arrested in connection to the shooting of 60-year-old Steven Lamont Clark Sr.

Clark Sr. was shot and killed after an argument broke out at the 4200 block of Norfolk Avenue on May 22, 2020.

Carter was transported to central booking where he has been charged with first-degree murder, according to police.
