OWINGS MILLS - Baltimore County Police are seeking information about an October 2 murder in Owings Mills
According to police, Robert Perkins, 40, died days after he was shot multiple times at the 4500 block of Brightwater Court.
Police say he was shot around 2:30 a.m. on October 2.
