OWINGS MILLS, MD — Each year, entrepreneurial-focused publication Inc. ranks the 5,000 fastest-growing companies based on revenue growth over the last three years. Two Owings Mills businesses made the list for 2022. Both are located in the same building, and they each serve the mortgage industry in a different way.
Sales Boomerang ranked 708 on the Inc. 5000. The Owings Mills-based financial services company grew 888 percent from 2018 to 2021, according to Inc. It offers an automated system that lets mortgage lenders know when borrowers are ready for a loan.
"At Sales Boomerang, we have always attributed our success to our dedicated team, without whom our platform would never have achieved such momentous growth,” Chief Innovation Officer for Sales Boomerang Alex Kutsishin said in a statement.
Another Owings Mills company — Monster Lead Group — ranked 1,042 on the list. In the past three years, officials said the advertising and marketing company grew by 620 percent. It provides direct mail and lead management services for the mortgage industry.
Sales Boomerang and Monster Lead Group are both headquartered at 10461 Mill Run Circle in the Owings Mills Corporate Center. In addition to sharing a building, the two companies both made the cut for the Inc. 5000 during a difficult time, the magazine’s editor said.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” Editor-in-Chief of Inc. Scott Omelianuk said in a statement. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
I hope that the plan include walk paths, open spaces with seating to view nature and consequences for people littering, loitering and killing the wildlife.
I can’t believe these are our ‘leaders’. Drugs deals on every corner and in every parking lot. Johnny Clueless so concerned about low income earners, when they live better than the middle class. Garbage bags littered everywhere by mostly the people Johnny ‘entitled’ to county houses.
My concern about some of the logic being used here is that the problem isn't the plastic bags.
Let's talk about the people who are doing the littering. Full garbage bags placed on the streets and sideways. Garbage being thrown from cars and trucks. Pedestrians walking and eating..than throwing garbage on the ground. Dog walkers not picking up after their dogs. Etc..
