General Frank McKenzie (ret), Former Commander of the United States Central Command, will deliver an address entitled “Iran, the United States and the Middle East“ before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. The program will be held by live feed at 6:00 p.m.
