ReisterstownMAN - Striking another vehicle or human and not stopping is a felony, period. Kindly write your rep if you think the law should change rather than calling the guy who killed himself selfish (without knowing the surrounding circumstances) and whining about it on here like a little baby. Grow up and learn how to have compassion for another human being you tool.

ReisterstownMAN - If you hit a human, it's a little bit more than a "thump." Your car will be majorly dented and parts of your bumper will fall off. Pretty messed up that you admit that you'd commit a hit and run and knowingly drive off. You're an idiot.

+1 on that Tom. With an AR especially, it takes a second or two to reload. Plus, you can attach two mags together with some electrical tape and cut that time in half yet again. I just wish liberals would realize that gun free zones DO NOT WORK!!! All of the so called "assault weapons" (which are semi automatic variants of the real full auto assault weapons) that were used in the recent shootings, were stolen with the exception of Holmes. But the common denominator here his insanity. Holmes would have done something else, or stolen guns like the rest of the crazies did. These gun laws are all proactive, not retroactive. Meaning those who owned said banned items may keep them. Criminals will still steal stuff. And Obama ranting about the 900 people dying between Sandy Hook and his speech, well the majority of those were robberies with stolen guns, gang violence and drug deals gone bad, but he didn't get into that.
Also, the shooter in Portland at the mall was stopped by a man carrying a handgun. This man didn't fire a shot since there were many people in front and behind him who would have been in the crossfire. But the sheer fact that this kid has a handgun pointed at him made him wuss out and go back into a hall and kill himself. The guy who was armed is now a hero, but CNN won't tell you that. Don't believe me? The man's name is Nick Meli.
