Warrant Out for Attempted Robbery in Owings Mills Square Parking Lot

Baltimore County Police have a warrant out for the arrest of Carole Sue Bassette in an attempted robbery in the parking lot at Owings Mills Square.

Baltimore County Police have a warrant for the arrest of a woman accused of attempted robbery. Carole Sue Bassette, 27, of no fixed address, is wanted for second-degree assault and attempted robbery after she banged on the car door of an 18-year-old and demanded money in the parking lot of Owings Mills Square on Nov. 18, according to police. At 6:10 p.m. on Nov. 18, an 18-year-old female was in the parking lot of the shopping center, which includes Best Buy and Chick-fil-A, when Bassette started banging on her car door, tried to open the door and said “give me your f***ing money,” according to a police report. This woman approached me while I was pumping gas near the Safeway at Owings Mills Blvd and asked me if I could spare a dollar or two! She had blondish hair in a bun and was wearing a navy blue sweatshirt jacket. I said No and she walked away.
