Two Owings Mills High Students Charged in Robbery
A 15-year-old and 16-year-old have been charged in the robbery of a pizza delivery man in Owings Mills.
Baltimore County Police have charged two Owings Mills High School students, ages 15 and 16, with robbing a pizza delivery man at knifepoint on Friday, Nov. 2. Nicholas Andrew Brazier, 16, of the unit block of N. Ritters Lane in Owings Mills, is charged as an adult with armed robbery, assault, theft, the use of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, resisting arrest and carrying a weapon on school property, according to a Baltimore County Police report. He was arrested on Nov. 8 and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
