A burglar forced open the front door after attempting to enter through the rear patio doors and stole a jewelry box containing diamond earrings, pearl earrings and an antique cameo. 4500 block of Springwater Court in Owings Mills. 2:15 p.m. Oct 2. Two men entered the apartment with no forced entry and stole a 46-inch LG flat screen, Xbox 360 game controller, a silver diamond ring and an Acer laptop. Fireworks Violation Police confiscated illegal pyrotechnics from a vehicle that was involved in a crash on Monday, Aug. 20, at 9:56 p.m. at the intersection of Owings Mills Boulevard and Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills. Police found what appeared to be a pipe bomb in the backseat, and the hazardous device unit responded to the scene, according to Capt.
