Family of Formerly Missing Teen ‘Relieved’
Sasha Samlal, the 16-year-old girl who went missing for two months, is back with her family.
The 16-year-old Reisterstown girl who was missing for two months until this past weekend is safe and with her family, her aunt said. “We’re very relieved,” said Marsha Samlal. She received a phone call from police Saturday night that Sasha was found alive and well, but could not give her more details since she is not a parent or guardian. “At this time she is with other relatives and I know she was found in Baltimore,” Samlal said. It was not clear if she was found in the county or city. Samlal saw her niece, who is safe and healthy, but very upset, she said.
