What areas do they see improvement in? I know for a fact that it's not West Inverness! We are still [overrun] with rats!! I have spent countless hours in my yard trying to make it look good, only to have it totally destroyed by the rats. It doesn't help that people around you don't care. Police developed a safety plan with Katie Hadel that included staying out of her Owings Mills apartment, where her alleged killer stabbed her to death Tuesday night.
Baltimore County Police were working with Katie Hadel to keep her safe from the man who is accused of killing her. “We were deeply concerned for her safety,” said police spokeswoman Elise Armacost. Hadel, 33, was found stabbed to death in her Owings Mills apartment Tuesday night. The man charged with first-degree murder in her death, Jeffrey Michael Shiflett, was being sought by police on multiple warrants, Armacost said. “This suspect has been known to us for years. He’s been issuing threats for years to the victim, to police, to judges, to attorneys, using the phone, using social media,” Armacost said. “He got out of jail in December. Friends of Katie Hadel, the woman who was killed in Owings Mills Tuesday night, have been expressing their condolences on her Facebook page.
Katie Hadel has been described as “gorgeous,” “great” and a “beautiful spirit” by her Facebook friends. Since her death on Tuesday night, friends have posted memories and condolences on Hadel’s Facebook wall. Hadel was stabbed Tuesday night in her Owings Mills apartment, and pronounced dead at the scene. “The universe lost a beautiful spirit with your passing. It was too soon. I will never forget the kindness you showed as one of the first people I met when I moved to MD in middle school,” wrote Heather Hahn. “As silly as it sounds, I never used a locker before and you took the time to show me how it worked.
