The Franklin Invitational Wrestling Tournament was held this past weekend at Franklin High School in Reisterstown. River Hill High School won the title of tournament champions, with Owings Mills High School coming in 2nd and Franklin High coming in 8th place. Franklin High School hosted a cheerleading competition on Tuesday, Jan. 15.
