Charm City Cupcakes Coming to Owings Mills
The Baltimore-based cupcakery will open its fourth location at Valley Village Shoppes in Owings Mills.
Owings Mills will get a little bit sweeter by the holiday season with a new cupcake shop coming to town. Charm City Cupcakes will open its fourth location at 9101 Reisterstown Road in the Valley Village Shoppes in time for the 2012 holiday season. The shopping center currently includes tenants such as Lenny’s Deli, Cosi and Sofi’s Crepes. Charm City offers more than 100 flavors of cupcakes, and the Owings Mills location will also have its signature coffee blend and hot chocolate.
