Smoots was gave me an estimate for repairs and a completion date. Notified me a day before the date that it wouldn't be ready. Changed the date 3 more times notifying me a day before each time. work finally completed 11 days later for a total of 26 days for minor work. Added $344.44 to bill for work that was outside estimate and wouldn't release my car until my insurance company agreed to pay the added bill which took another 2 days.
