We had a disappointing experience. My two children enjoyed preparing their mosaic pieces. Whe we came back the next day as recommended to grout the pieces and take them home, we found the store had closed early for weather. Unfortunately, we live out of town and could not come back another day. I asked the store to grout the pieces (a service they provide for a feee) and send them to us. They wouldn't grout them, but instead charged me $14 to ship the grout and the unfinished pieces to us. I asked Bethany, the manager, to cover the $14 shipping but she refused.

Love this place! The concept is so cool and the service is excellent. They really help you understand every step of the process if you are a beginner. They have several different classes but I haven't tried that yet. If you are in the area stop by as some of the mosaics in the store are breathtaking.
