The opportunity was afforded me to take a trip up to Kavkaz kebab and check out what they had cooking up here; Azerbaijani cuisine. I was pretty much certain it was going to be a good time, just by their name (I mean, the place sells Kebab, it can’t be bad!), but after reading their website and meeting one of the owners, Emil, I’m convinced they have not only some of the best food, but also some of the freshest and authentic cuisine around.
