i agree with the writer below and i wish i would've seen this review and the others that have i seen around the internet before i ordered flowers here for a funeral. The flowers never showed up and to make matters even worse i was charged twice, Connie was very rude ,but she did take the the first charge off my credit card which was the only one i did. Then there was a second charge which i did not do the next day and a different amount ,which she kept saying she would take off which she never did. I have disputed it with my credit tcard company ,and they have taken it off my card while they finish the review. She offered me a free arrangement to send to the house since the original arrangement never made it to the funeral home. i guess she thought i wouldn't realize she charged me twice and was going to leave the other charge on and call it free. i will never use her again and i wouldn't accept flowers for free from her if she was the last florist around ,, i would pick danddelions before i went to her.Her customer service is pathetic . 06/29/2011

This business is a scam! After ordering from a picture, and spending $100, the bouquet that arrived a day late, looked like it was bought at 7-11 and placed in a vase! The owner, Connie, is cold and uncaring, and refused to refund my money!!

OMG - the worse looking centerpiece ever. DId not look anything like the website - ordered it special and had it delierved to family in Reisterstown. I live in NYS and should have read reviews first. I called to complain and some woman gave me a hard time - offered to drop off extra lillies (the photo showed several all around the base) and a candle which was missing. Really? Do yourself a favoe and seer clear of this scam. Good bye $103.00.
