The Baltimore County Police Department was established in 1874. This precinct's name changed from Garrison to Franklin in 2006. It is under the command of Cpt. My son had a off duty officer from this precinct push him down the road in his private car. My son drove him into the precinct not knowing who he was.
The officers inside came out and treated my son like a criminal detained him for over 45 min. When my son tried to explain that he was on his way back to Johns Hopkins that his 7 month old daughter was having surgery on her brain they just blew it off and kept him detained for NO REASON!!!!! WE THE PEOPLE WANT YOUR RESPECT TOO.....
