I've never had a bad meal at the Artful Gourmet Bistro and trust me, I've had plenty of meals there. I generally opt for the Rousseau at lunchtime (I call it the grown-up grilled cheese) and go for the Hopper, the Botticelli, or one of the specials for dinner.
The outdoor seating is particularly nice, when the weather cooperates.
I truly believe this is the best restaurant in the Owings Mills area.
