I have been going to ANA for probably 5 years now...started with Tony and only Tony, and was thrilled with how he carefully attended to my manicures. When he was busy one day, I moved on to others who were equally as caring and professional. I think I've now been to every nail artist there. Their artistry is beyond my expectations and each manicure is creative and beautifully breathtaking. Pedicures are equally as attentive and I'm sorry that the reviewer below had a bad experience. In 5 years, I have never been disappointed. Reasonably priced, expertly caring staff.

This place is NOT 5 stars. It is a hole in the wall that is convenient. While performing my pedicure, they cut too deep around my toenails leaving them open and sensitive.
Without permission, they used a harsh acidic chemical to remove a small callous. I did not need the chemical, but it was used to remove a small callous from my heel. She scraped far enough to draw blood. With the same callous remover on the gloves, she started working on my toes and burnt what was left open from the "pedicure". Knowing she had infected my feet with the callous remover, she then sprayed the open sores with alcohol.
When it was time to finally paint my toes, she reluctantly selected the nail polish that I wanted after 2 trips to the wall with a comment that the color I wanted was awful. Frustrated with the selection and unable to do a proper French manicure, the woman just quit. Her husband had to finish the job. Poorly at that. I then wanted to have my fingernails finished the same way. The husband that finished my toenails told me that if I did not select a color he would not paint my fingernails. I told him I wanted them the same. He refused and said if you don't select something else he would not paint my nails. I refused to select something else so he said he would not do it. I said fine do not do it. I left with open sores on my feet, and fingernails not polished. Like it or not I had to pay for "whole service". The owner refused to support the client. Stay away!
