This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Raychel and Cyclone. Here's what they each have to say--
Hello. My name is Raychel and I was brought to BHS after people trapped me in their neighborhood so I could be spayed and taken care of by the shelter staff. I am a senior cat who is hoping to find a forever home after having to survive outside on my own for awhile. I can sometimes be stubborn and very independent, but at my age, I kind of deserve it. I am not the type of cat who wants to be held or carried around, but I would make someone a great companion. If you would like to give a safe loving home to a senior animal who badly needs it, please come to BHS soon and visit me. Thank you.
Hi. I am a 10 month old purebred guinea pig who was surrendered to BHS because my owner developed allergies. I am a very sweet, gentle guy who is content just to hang out. Not many people know BHS has small animals like me so please come by and meet me along with some of the other guinea pigs and hamsters who are there hoping to find forever homes.
The adoption fee for Raychel is the senior discounted fee of $25, and $10 for Cyclone. Plus get a $5 off Hills Science Diet pet food coupon!
