This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Hope and Penguin. Here's what they each have to say--
Hope:
Hello. My name is Hope and I am an 8-year-old Terrier Mix. I was originally adopted from BHS in 2005, but was brought back due to a divorce situation. I can be timid at times if I don’t know you well, but once I get to know you I will give you kisses and run around and play like a nutball:). I enjoy laying on soft comforters or dog beds and playing with stuffed animals or squeaky toys. The very important thing that you need to know about me is that I DO NOT get along with other dogs. Don’t let this keep you from adopting me because otherwise I am an extremely sweet dog who just needs a new forever home. Please visit me soon if you are looking for a senior dog like me.
Penguin:
Hi there. My name is Penguin and I am one-and-a-half years old. I was brought to BHS with two other cats because we were all found abandoned in an apartment complex. I am a cute black and white cat who really just wants a forever home because I don't want to be on the street anymore. I like the following things: food, cat beds, warm blankets and furry toys. If you would like to meet me or the other kitties please visit our shelter soon.
The adoption fee for Hope is $100, and $105 for Penguin. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
