Make this Thanksgiving a happy one for a homeless animal. This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Batty and Travis.
Here's what they each have to say--
Batty: Hello. My name is Batty and I am a 1-year-old Italian Greyhound/Chichuahua Mix. I was found in a parking lot caught in a fence:( I tend to be very hyper and would like an active home where there are plenty of people to stimulate me....I am pretty skinny so don’t be alarmed -- it’s just that I have a high metabolism. I don't really play much with toys. I mainly like to be around people--and other dogs. So far I have liked all of the dogs I have met. I am a staff favorite because of my large ears and high energy level so everyone is hoping that I find a forever home very soon. If you are interested in meeting me in person, please fill out an application first to start the process. Thanks and see you soon.
The adoption fee for Batty is $225. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
Travis: Hi there, my name is Travis. I came to BHS from a high-kill shelter. The folks here at BHS saw how sweet I was and wanted to help me find a great home. I've been here for almost a year now, anxiously waiting for my new family to come find me. Could you be the home for me? Please come in and visit me so I show you how great of a cat I am!
The adoption fee for Travis is only $105. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
