Do you know if he is a "Documented American" or an "Undocumented American". I guess this arrest makes him documented in at least one agency's files.

It's all about votes and PC. If the law goes into effect the 11 million already here will receive benefits immediately. One question on the new law if passed, was dose this mean the same for another person who crosses the border the next day. How do you document shadows. The law does not guarantee a secure border so it's back to the days of Ronald Regan. Even Senator Rubio is against this bill saying without secure borders in a couple of years we will be dealing with millions more seeking entitlements. By the way think of the impact this will have on our medical care. Today the unions are crying over Obama care saying they are being treated unfairly, because no one read the bill.

I'm assuming 'undocumented'. Same as illegal.
