Police Charge Couple With At Least 17 Car Break-Ins

Likely suspects behind Kingsbury Road thefts arrested, police say.

A man and a woman were arrested Tuesday and charged with at least 17 cases of car break-ins in the Reisterstown area, with evidence indicating that they could be responsible for as many 50, according to a release.

The couple, Brian Michael Dolly, 28, and Kristina M. Hurst, 30, were arrested after they used stolen credit cards at a local store. They stole the cards from a car on the 300 block of Bryanstone Road on April 20. Surveillance photos enabled police to identify the couple and arrest them at the 11000 block of Reisterstown Road at about 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to the release.

Police believe the two are the same suspects behind The couple committed the crimes throughout evening hours by walking down the streets of neighborhoods near their home, the release stated. Dolly and Hurst live on the unit block of Ewing Drive.

Evidence from their residence allowed police to charge them in 17 cases, but their involvement in other Reisterstown incidents indicate they could be charged with many more, according to the release.

A district court commissioner set bail at $150,000 each at a hearing Wednesday. The two are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

local news doesn't care about Reisterstown! but they should! this was an awful situation...they broke into my jeep and stole a few items including my credit card and charged over $130 in gas. Glad they're put away!

Just happened to me for the second time two nights ago. Same MO.. stole all the change from my car and left the door slightly ajar. Wonder if it's the same two POS's.
