Your Weekend: National Acts Featured at Virgin Mobile FreeFest

Here's a taste of what's happening this weekend.


The 46th annual Fells Point Fun Festival will feature more than 50 craft beers and live music.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will give a presentation entitled "Running a Major American City in Tough Political and Economic Times" as part of Goucher College's Family Weekend.

The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival returns to the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium.

The Baltimore Orioles head to Texas to challenge the Rangers in the 2012 American League wild card game. The winner will take on the New York Yankees in a best-out-of-five division series.


Jack White, Nas, ZZ Top and Ben Folds Five are among the featured acts at Virgin Mobile FreeFest.

Listen to some bluegrass, sip on some microbrews and eat some fresh local food at Farm Fest at Farmer Tom's in Reisterstown.

Music on Main Street continues in Reisterstown from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Franklin Middle School with Wylde Spirits.

Bless your animals at St. Thomas's Episcopal Church. 

The Baltimore Humane Society celebrates Dogfest 2012, a fun-filled extravaganza for pets and their owners in Reisterstown.


The Baltimore Ravens head to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs.
