Relieving stress is easier than you think. Learn the art of breathing and relaxing in a community setting. This gentle style of restorative Yoga is ideal for the beginner and the postures are focused on breathing and meditation.
Registration is Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 6:45pm. The first class will begin on the same date at 7pm. There will be a second registration on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 6:45pm.
