At the risk of kicking off a run on the grocery store for bread and milk: It might snow this weekend.
That's right, snow in October. It's a possibility, according to Justin Berk, a local meteorologist and college professor.
Berk wrote on Twitter that there was a possiblity for snow accumulation of up to 4 inches Saturday.
But if you aren't stocked up on groceries and you can't remember where you put your snowboots, don't start worrying just yet.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts that our area has just a 10 percent chance at snow, with temperatures remaining in the 40s during the day Sunday and getting down to just 33 degrees Saturday night.
