Metro Crossing and Metro Centre at Owings Mills are being developed by Owings Mills Transit, LLC and David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD is the site manager.
The components of the Preferred Employer Program include a refund of application fees upon move-in; one free rental of the Metro Crossing Community Room; assistance with utility set up and the availability of fully-furnished short-term apartment leases. In addition, transfer fees are waived for renters interested in moving from one David S. Brown Enterprises-managed community to Metro Crossing.
Residential floor plans at Metro Crossing range in size from 700 to 1,245 square feet of space and feature one and two bedroom designs, an open, spacious kitchen with granite islands, stainless-steel appliances, designer lighting and fixture packages and nine-foot ceilings. The initial 232 apartment homes comprise the first phase of the program that consists of 1,700 units at final completion.
Metro Crossing community amenities include a two-story clubroom with lounge seating, multi-media center, fitness facility, yoga room, billiards and catering kitchen; a covered parking garage; roof-top pool with barbeques, a fireplace and lounge seating; bicycle racks; elevators and controlled access to the residential units.
