It would be nice to see retail space developed there and perhaps a family style restaurant. However the Supiks' will probably come up with a "keep the bowl empty" or "pass the gas" campaign to inhibit further growth and progress in the area.

Isn't there already a redevelopment plan for this space? If so, what's the hold up on that?

Call me old - fashioned, but an activity that is something for people to do! A bowling alley with both duck pin AND ten pins would be great for families, dates, etc. They're certainly profitable, welcome and a hit in many other communities in the surrounding D.c. area and other locales. Many people could create leagues, as well. Rooms could be available for private birthday parties, and another separate area with two pool tables, a bar, and a large screen TV and sofa.too, a la' the location on Route 40. In other words, a sport that keeps people active, especially during the winter months. Maybe battig cages, and pinball - type machines area. Lazer tag or new games. Small tables with built in chess/checker boards, or backgammon,etc.

I miss the old Woolworth's that used to be in back near Mars. if you wanted some knick-knack and couldn't find it elsewhere, it was usually available there. Maybe someone could build something like that. Ames was almost as good. Walmart and Target never seem to have things of that sort.

A Kohl's would be nice!

Starbucks and a Baja Fresh!

A decent mid-priced family restaurant, a Starbucks, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor........something but that horrible eye sore that now sits there. I too miss Woolworth's. My kids loved to sit at their lunch counter and have lunch.

Panera, Trader Joes, Ice Cream shop would be fun. A coffee shop not necessarily Starbucks. Applebee's.

It would be nice to have the chinese resturant and a bagel shop back

I think a bowling alley and a gas station would be a nice mix...and maybe a Food Fair and White Coffee Pot.

I would like to see small independent (local) stores instead of large chain stores. Frederick Rd in Catonsville has had a lot of success with stores like Atwaters, Objects Found, independent record stores, etc. Most of the large stores mentioned are already reasonable close in out area. Trader Joe's is in Pikesville, Reisterstown would be awfully close for another one, Panera too and Sonic in Randallstown.

Liquor stores or gas station. There are not enough of those on Reisterstown Road.

I vote PANERA!!! Pikesville is horrendous and the next closest is Westminster or sykesville.... But I heard it was to be a sonic and something else restaurant wise...

Id like to see a nice steak house like the Golden Corral :)
