Report: Family Offers Reward for Info on Owings Mills Man

The family of James White, who has been missing since Tuesday, Feb. 26, are hoping people can help them with information about his whereabouts.

The sisters of a missing Owings Mills man are offering a reward for anyone who can provide them with information to help their brother return home safely, according to a report from WJZ.

The women will give a $5,300 reward to anyone with information about James White, 64, who was last seen at his group home on Leigh Choice Court on Tuesday, Feb. 26.

White (photo attached), is described as a black male, 5’7’’, 186 pounds, with brown eyes and bald. He is non-verbal and may not be able to find his way home, the release said.

White shuffles his feet when he walks and walks hunched over. He does not understand that he has to pay for things at stores and may get accused of shoplifting, police said.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat with white lettering, a black jacket with leather arms, gray dress pants and black and white shoes. Police don’t know what direction he traveled in, and he does not have access to a vehicle and doesn’t use the MTA, the release said.

Anyone with information can call the Baltimore County Police Franklin Precinct at 410-887-6975 or police communications at 410-307-2020.
