UPDATE: Police Seeking Suspect in Owings Mills Road Rage Assault
One man turned himself in, another was arrested and a warrant is out for the arrest of one other man suspected in a November road rage incident, police said.
UPDATED 2:20 p.m., Jan. 8. A Randallstown man and a Baltimore man were charged in an Owings Mills road rage incident from November, but police are still seeking one suspect.
Aaron Tyler Watts, 23, of the 9000 block of Hamor Road in Randallstown, turned himself in to the Baltimore County Police Franklin Precinct on Jan. 3. He is charged with three counts of second-degree assault and was released after posting $15,000 bail, according to a police press release.
An arrest for Dwayne Palmer Harvey, 22, of the 300 block of Allendale Street in Baltimore, was served and he was released on $25,000 bail, according to a Baltimore County Police press release. He is also charged with three counts of second-degree assault.
Detectives have a warrant for the arrest of Esaiah Lynn Watts, 21, of the 2600 block of Camberwell Court in Windor Mill.
The charges and warrants stem from a Nov. 23 incident in which four men drove to a home in the 4400 block of Silverbrook Lane in Owings Mills and fought with a woman and her two sons over a road rage incident. The woman and her sons were treated and released from Northwest Hospital, the release said.
