The GTO may have been one of the fastest cars of it's heyday, but Andrew White, Asad Kahn, Devin Baker, Theo Duncan and Danny Brill were one of the last teams to cross the finish line.

McDonogh's annual cardboard boat race has been an end of-the-year tradition for more than 20 years.

Teams of students spent three weeks constructing boats out of industrial grade cardboard, glue, tape and paint in a test of their knowledge of physics and engineering. Students competed for trophies such as "The Poseidon Adventure," for the best sinker, or the "BOB,"  given to the Best Overall Boat, among others.
