Owings Mills-Reisterstown Crime: Tractor Stolen from Cemetery

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct, which covers Reisterstown and Owings Mills. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

 

Reisterstown

Geist Road, 2600 block. Between 4 and 8:25 p.m., Nov. 2. A thief stole a stainless Electrolux refrigerator, a Bose surround sound system, MacBook, various CDs and DVDs after entering through the unlocked front door. The burglar cut the water line from the fridge, causing water damage to the house, and carried the items out the rear door, where the water line was found on the patio.

Sunny King Drive, 100 block. Between 8:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., Nov 2. A burglar stole a mattress from the house and various gardening equipment from the detached garage, all valued at $2,748. A neighbor saw a U-Haul truck in the driveway at 1 p.m.

Beverly Road, 600 block. 10:10 p.m., Nov. 1. A man climbed onto the porch roof of the house and looked into the window of one of the bedrooms where a 14-year-old was lying in bed.

Berrymans Lane, Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery. Between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31. A burglar stole a tractor off the property.

Owings Mills

N. Ritters Lane, unit block. Between 4 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 8 a.m. Nov. 4. A thief stole a brown leather purse, black wallet, $25 cash, a knife, a checkbook case and driver’s license from the homeowner’s unlocked vehicle.

Woodthorne Court, unit block. Between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., Nov. 1. A burglar stole $1,000, two PlayStation 3s and various video games after entering an apartment through a locked front door.

Upperco

Hanover Pike, 14800 block. Between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m., Nov. 3. A burglar stole copper pipes after entering through an unsecured window.
