Reisterstown
Earlton Road. 700 block. Between 7:30 a.m. and 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 22. A burglar stole a TV, jewelry box and diamond ring after breaking in through a rear door and ransacking the bedroom and bathroom.
Pleasant Grove Road. 4800 block. Between 6 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 21. A burglar stole a Dell laptop, Toshiba laptop and jewelry after breaking a rear window to enter then ransacking the house.
Owings Mills
Appleford Circle. 9200 block. Between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Feb. 20. A burglar stole tax returns after entering through unknown means. There were no indications of forced entry.
Reisterstown Road. 10100 block. Between 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 and 8 a.m. on Feb. 19. A burglar stole a Comcast VeEX meter from an unlocked company truck after entering an unlocked fenced-in lot.
