Owings Mills-Reisterstown Crime: Laptops, Power Tools, Bikes Stolen
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct, which covers Reisterstown and Owings Mills. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Joshua Tree Court. 800 block. Between 2:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., Nov. 10. A burglar stole a Toshiba laptop and a Gateway laptop after entering the rear sliding door through unknown means. The house was ransacked, several other electronics were moved, and a laptop that was out in the open was not stolen.
Strongwood Road. Unit block. Between 6 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 8 a.m. on Nov. 8. A burglar stole a chainsaw, power drill, weed whacker and table saw from a shed after prying the lock off.
Woodstream Court. Unit block. Between 12 a.m. on Oct. 1 and 3 p.m. on Oct. 26. A burglar stole a generator and a pressure spray wand from a storage shed.
Fox Haven Court. 200 block. Between 2 p.m. on Nov. 8 and 12 p.m. on Nov. 11. A burglar stole a Craftsman toolbox and various tools from an unlocked shed.
Cherry Tree Court. 200 block. Between 6 p.m. on Nov. 9 and 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 10. Burglars stole a Campfield air compressor and an Echo backpack blower after breaking the lock to a side door.
Delight Meadows Road. 200 block. Between 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 9 and 3 p.m. on Nov. 10. Burglars stole two trimmers, two blowers and one hedge clipper from an open trailer parked in the driveway.
Cherry Hill Court. 200 block. Between 8 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 6 p.m. on Nov. 11. A burglar stole an 18-inch Ryobi chainsaw, a 20-inch yellow Sapient bike and a 20-inch white Sapient bike after cutting the padlock on the detached garage.
