Owings Mills-Reisterstown Crime: Attempted Robbery in Owings Mills Square Parking Lot

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct, which covers Reisterstown and Owings Mills. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

 

Reisterstown

Hanover Pike. 13800 block. 3:17 p.m., Nov. 25. Someone tried to break into a vacant home. The door frame was broken, but police were unable to determine if entry was gained.

Upperco

Hanover Road. 16300 block. Between 12 p.m. Nov 21. and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 23. A burglar stole a green and black tree stand from a home.

Owings Mills

Flint Hill Drive. 4300 block. 7:46 p.m., Nov. 20. Six female juveniles forced their way into the home of an acquaintance to attack her. While attacking the victim, a bed was destroyed.

Long Lake Drive. 12000 block. 1:06 p.m., Nov. 20. A burglar pried a rear window open, but was scared off by the burglary alarm.

Owings Mills Boulevard. Owings Mills Square. 6:10 p.m., Nov. 18. An 18-year-old female was in the parking leaving when a woman started banging on her car door, attempted to open the door and said “give me your f***ing money.” The victim left the scene and called police.

Church Road. 100 block. Between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 7 and 11 a.m. Nov. 23. A burglar cut the lock to a storage shed and stole a weed eater, riding lawn mower and snow blower.

about the Chick Fil-A attempted robbery.....How was she leaving the restaraunt when they are closed on Sundays???

good question. Might have been that she was in the parking lot (it is shared with best buy) and was actually leaving there.

I used to live in the 4300 Flint Hill Drive building. Red Run Apartments, and it's section 8 housing, is quickly becoming a crime haven. I left 2 years ago this month and there was always something happening in that place that required police.
