Police have charged a 23-year-old man with attempted murder in the stabbing of his father during an argument Friday night.
Jonathan Suss was charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder and first- and second-degree assault after he allegedly stabbed his father while inside the family home.
Police were called to Melissa Court in Owings Mills Friday at 6:30 p.m. and found that Suss’ 58-year-old father had suffered multiple stab wounds during an argument with his son. The man was taken to the hospital, but was listed in stable condition late Friday night.
Suss suffered minor injuries when another family member intervened during the argument and was taken to a different area hospital, said police Detective Cathy Batton. He was charged upon his release.

Can you believe he's out on $35,000 bail. That's nothing for a crime like that. People get higher bail for non-violent crimes like burglary or selling drugs.
