Owings Mills Bank Robbed at Gunpoint Friday Morning
The Baltimore County Savings Bank, located on Lakeside Boulevard, was robbed at gunpoint just before noon Friday.
A man armed with a gun robbed the Baltimore County Savings Bank in Owings Mills Friday morning, police said.
At 11:49 a.m., a man walked into the bank at 9231 Lakeside Boulevard, ran up to the tellers and displayed a dark-colored revolver. He began yelling, pointed the gun at two tellers and demanded money, according to Capt. Matthew McElwee, commander of county police's Franklin Precinct No. 3.
The tellers complied and the robber left through the front door and fled on foot towards the back of the bank. Police responded to the scene with patrol officers, K9 units and the robbery division. It is currently under investigation by robbery detectives, McElwee said.

No George, the color of the man won't help them find him, but the color of his gun somehow will.
