Man Arrested After Traffic Stop, Stolen Items in Car
Baltimore County Police charged a Milford Mill man with burglary a day after a witness saw he and another suspect leave the scene of an apartment burglary.
A Milford Mill man was charged with first-degree burglary after police pulled him over in a vehicle that contained stolen items from the incident the day before.
Dwayne J. Daughtry Jr., 19, of the unit block of Castleford Court in Milford Mill, was arrested on Oct. 3 after police stopped the vehicle a witness saw him and another suspect leave in after the previous day’s burglary, according to Baltimore County Police.
Daughtry and another man stole a 46-inch LG flat screen, Xbox 360 game and controller, a silver diamond ring and an Acer laptop from an apartment on the 4500 block of Springwater Court in Owings Mills at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 2, police said.
A witness saw the men leave and was able to give police a vehicle description and tag number.
